Any membership dues and other costs associated with a Magical Krewe of MadHatters parade that
remain unpaid as of the immediately preceding October 15, 2024 may result in termination of
the undersigned’s membership in the parade and all rights to participate in the parade in the sole
discretion of Magical Krewe of MadHatters, Inc.
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am at least 18 years old and confirm that the information
given in this form is true, complete and accurate.
I, the undersigned, in consideration of and as part payment for the right to participate in the
Magical Krewe of MadHatters parade, agree to RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY the
Magical Krewe of MadHatters, Inc. and all of its owners, officers, managers, directors, employees
and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, obligations, losses, damages,
costs, expenses (including attorney’s fees and other expenses of investigating, defending and
prosecuting litigation), penalties, fines and judgments suffered or incurred by them in connection
with, as a result of or arising out of any threatened or asserted claim, action, suit or proceeding,
whether civil, criminal, administrative or investigative, including, but not limited to, any appeals,
to which they are, or are threatened to be made, parties because of the above-named marcher’s
participation in a Magical Krewe of MadHatters parade.
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that there can be no guarantee that participation in the Magical Krewe
of MadHatters is entirely risk free; and I, the undersigned, acknowledge and understand that activities
such as marching in a Mardi Gras parade involve certain inherent risks and dangers.
I, the undersigned, hereby personally assume any and all risks associated with the above-named marcher’s
participation in the Magical Krewe of MadHatters parade.
I, the undersigned, agree the above-named marcher’s participation in the Magical Krewe of MadHatters
parade is conditioned on, and I hereby agree to the following additional terms and conditions. No portion
of any fees paid to participate in the parade will be refunded should such participation be inhibited or
prevented in any way by acts of GOD or other circumstances beyond the control of the Magical Krewe of
MadHatters, Inc. including but not limited to my, or the above-named marcher’s, election for any reason
not to participate. The above-named marcher’s right to participate in the parade may not be transferred
without the prior written consent of Magical Krewe of MadHatters, Inc. This Agreement shall apply to,
and be binding on, the undersigned and the above-named marcher with respect to their participation in
any Magical Krewe of MadHatters parade in any year from and after the date the undersigned executes
this Agreement.
I, the undersigned, have carefully read and understand this Agreement and the terms and conditions of
the above-named marcher’s participation in the Magical Krewe of MadHatters parade as set forth above.
I, the undersigned, have had the opportunity to ask questions of and receive answers from Magical Krewe
of MadHatters, Inc. and any person acting on its behalf and to obtain all material information reasonably
available with respect to participating in its parade. I, the undersigned, have received all information with
respect to the parade and participation in the parade which I have requested and which I have deemed
relevant in connection with the evaluation of the merits and risks of participating in the parade.
